HVAC Technicians and Assistants

We are looking for experienced technicians and Trade Assistants to install air-conditioning systems in a friendly, diverse working environment.

To be successful in our Technician role you will need to have:

- Proven experience with installation of air conditioning systems
- The know-how to problem solve/diagnose faults and carry out required repairs effectively and efficiently
- Current full drivers license
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to deliver high-quality results
- Must be NZ Resident
- Must speak fluent English

To be successful in our Trade Assistant role you will need to have:

- Previous trades/handyman experience preferred but not required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mind frame
- Must be NZ Resident
- Must speak fluent English

This is a full-time position Monday – Friday. Weekend work is possible.

Office Reception / Administrator / Installation Co-ordinator

We currently have a position available for an Office Reception / Administrator / Installation Co-ordinator. This is a varied and involved role so there is never a dull moment!

Oxygen Air is Auckland and Hamilton’s largest residential air-conditioning company based in East Tamaki. We specialize in air-conditioning system installations residentially and commercially and we pride ourselves on being New Zealand’s No. 1 Fujitsu Dealer!

Our office has a team culture with heaps of laughs but we also work hard to ensure every task is completed and on time.

The role itself is varied and includes:

- Meeting and greeting any customers or suppliers that come into our showroom
- Answering and handling phone calls
- Scheduling air-conditioning installations and managing our installation schedule
- Liaising with customers
- Working to deadlines and meeting KPIs
- Communicating between various departments and direct communication with our installation team
- Some accounts work such as managing receivables, payables, credit card payments
- General office duties
- Support to the other office teams

There is a good opportunity for personal development and growth in this role and the company. There is no experience needed for this role however as a member of our team you must:

- Have reasonable knowledge of Microsoft MS (Word, Excel)

- Have excellent written and verbal English
- Have professional phone manners and presentation
- Be hardworking, efficient, and punctual
- Have a bubbly and positive can-do attitude

This is a full-time position from 8:00 – 5:30, Monday – Friday.
